Description: Mk5 2.5L IC Piping P2 - Oil Pan To DS Headlight
Function: The P2.PIPE Turbo outlet pipe connects to part# EL-P1.PIPE at the oil pan and routes behind the driver’s side headlight. A permanent bracket attaches to the transmission case, supporting both P1 and P2. This pipe is used in stage 1 piping only.
Construction: This intercooler pipe is fabricated on precision tooling using 2” mandrel bent tubing. Tubing is 16 gauge aluminized steel. A press-formed transition increases the tubing to 2.5” at the connection to P3. All tubing ends bead rolled. Mounting bracket is CNC machined and fabricated from 1018 cold roll steel. Bracket is “forked” to ease install and allow adjustment. 100% TIG welded.
